Does ResMed offer a for Her specific AirSense 11 device?
ResMed has combined AutoSet and AutoSet for Her algorithm into one device, the AirSense 11 AutoSet. The AirSense 11 AutoSet also features the ResMed AutoSet response and CPAP mode.

Will the touchscreen work when wearing gloves?
Yes. ResMed Has tested and validated the touchscreen will respond to touch through Nitrile rubber gloves
What is the shelf life of AirSense 11 devices?
AirSense 11 devices do not have a use-by date and may be stored without any impact on CPAP therapy. However, the device does have a five-year design life. Refer to the AirSense 11 user guide for best storage practices.

Which ResMed masks are compatible with AirSense 11?
AirSense 11 is designed to be compatible with all ResMed masks, excluding masks designed for AirMini such as the AirFit CPAP mask line. We do suggest customers confirm the correct mask settings for their ResMed device. Refer to your ResMed mask user guide for more information.

Does the AirSense 11 include an SD card?
AirSense 11 device SKUs in New Zealand and Australia do not include an SD card. Summary data will be recorded onto the device and sent to AirView if the customer has provided consent to their healthcare provider for their device to be added into AirView.

What is the noise level of AirSense 11 compared to AirSense 10?
Both the AirSense 11 and AirSense 10 device with SlimLine/Standard tubing and HumidAir tub (1/2 filled) is 35 dBA with uncertainty of 2 dBA. For AirSense 11 and AirSense 10 devices with SlimLine tubing and a side cover, it’s 33 dBA with uncertainty of 2 dBA.

Do customers need a smartphone and the myAir app to operate the AirSense 11 device?
No, The AirSense 11 device can be used without the myAir app. However, for newer features on the AirSense 11 such as Personal Therapy Assistant are only available with the myAir app.

What is Personal Therapy Assistant?
Personal Therapy Assistant provides users with an interactive experience designed to help them start therapy with confidence. It offers interactive voice-guided video setup instructions and Test Drive, a therapy acclimation tool designed to help them get more comfortable with using their AirSense 11 device.

Can customers run Personal Therapy Assistant on AirSense 11 without a smartphone?
No, the Personal Therapy Assistant feature only accessible through the app using the smartphone
Does Personal Therapy Assistant work with non-ResMed masks? What type of content is available?
Personal Therapy Assistant works best for customers on ResMed masks. For non-ResMed masks, the instructions and troubleshooting will be generic.
What is Test Drive?
Test Drive is a therapy adjustment tool designed to help users get more comfortable with using their AirSense 11 device. Customers can practice using different levels of pressure (4, 7 and 10 cm H2O) and check for mask leak.

What is Care Check-In?
Care Check-In is a survey tool to get feedback from on therapy. This feature asks for regular feedback within the first month of therapy and provides contextual support. If opted-in to share data with a healthcare provider, this feedback is visible in AirView to their ResMed Authorised Dealer and physicians whom the Authorised Dealer has provided AirView account access.
Are Care Check-In questions required or optional for customers to answer?
All Care Check-In are not mandatory.
How often does Care Check-In ask the customer questions?
At the beginning of therapy, the customer is asked baseline sleep health questions. A few additional questions are asked once per week during the first 28 days of therapy. After the initial 28 days, users will be asked questions every six months.
What types of questions does Care Check-In ask?
Care Check-In asks a series of questions throughout the first 28 and every 180 days of the customer’s therapy. At the beginning of therapy, the customer is asked a baseline question. For example: ”To track your therapy progress, rate your usual level of daytime sleepiness.” Then a few additional questions are asked, about once per week, during the early stages of therapy. For example: "How sleepy did you feel in the past week?" , "How is therapy going?" and "Any particular issue?”
How does Over The Air update (OTA) work?
After the update file is downloaded from the server, the device will attempt to update itself. As long as the device is powered on, connected to the network and out of airplane mode, the OTA download will start. However the device update will only happen when the device is not actively being used, i.e., the device is on the Home Screen. If the update was successful, the user will see a success message. If the upgrade was unsuccessful, the device will keep trying again every few seconds.
Can a customer refuse or decline an OTA update?
OTA updates will apply to all AirSense 11 devices automatically if one is pushed out by ResMed. There is no function to refuse or decline an OTA update.

How often will ResMed push out an OTA update?
There is no set schedule nor dates as to when OTA updates will occur. An OTA update will be scheduled if a software update is required or when ResMed is ready to roll out new enhancements.
