Due to COVID-19, our courier services have seen an increase in demand and are experiencing some delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Want to shop from home and get your hands on our products as soon as possible? Try our free Click & Collect service. Order online before 1pm, and you'll be able to pick up the same day at your closest EdenSleep store. Orders placed after this time will be prepared by 11am the following business day.

How to Click & Collect? It's as easy as 1,2,3:

Place your order online and choose a pick-up location on the checkout page
We'll email you once your order is ready to collect.
Bring a copy of the above email to the store when you're ready to pick up.
Please note that not all products are available at all stores at all times.

Free delivery on all orders.

How long does delivery take?

CourierPost: 1-3 working days.
CourierPost - Rural Delivery: 2-5 working days.


How do I change my delivery address?

We process and pack your order as fast as possible. Your delivery address can only be changed as long as your order has not been shipped.

 Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within New Zealand.

 Do you deliver to PO Boxes, military address or Parcel Lockers?

CourierPost will deliver to any legitimate address in New Zealand.
